Full day event!
Instruction & practice for barrels & poles competition.
The In-Hand members will also get to practice a few obstacles common in the timed obstacle races.

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (tentatively - schedule will be confirmed after registration closes)
Where: Bay Breeze Stables, 3312 Rte 10 Rd, Borden-Carleton
Who: Open to 4-H PEI members enrolled in the Equine Project
Disciplines: Western & English Riding, Driving, & In Hand
Registration Fee: Free!
What to bring: Anyone riding or driving must wear a helmet at all times when mounted or in their cart.
Lunch/Snacks: Lunch, snacks & refreshments for the day are the participants responsibility to bring.
Equines: Participants must bring an animal to use, either their own or borrowed.
Stabling: The plan is to tie to trailers, but if raining will tie in arena, and stalls available by request if needed.
IHC memberships: Riding and Driving members must provide proof for IHC membership for both themselves and the owner of the horse they are using.
Maximum participants: 20 > spots will be awarded on first come basis.

When: Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026 Where: Gingerwood Farm, 67 Stanhope Lane Who: All Island youth ages 9 to 21 (as of Jan.1, 2027) Disciplines: Western & English Riding, Driving, and In Hand.
