Club Reorganization:
Jackie is super happy to help you promote your clubs' registration nights on social media, but to do that she needs the info about the meeting at least 3 weeks in advance (she will try to accommodate a shorter lead in, but only if she can).
The info she needs to promote your club is:
Required:
Suggested:
If you are doing any of your own promotions, PLEASE make sure to use the correct 4-H Canada logo in all of your promotional materials (I have been seeing the USA one popping up way too much lately). If you need to get a logo for your club here is the link to the logo generator: https://4-h-canada.ca/resources-education/club-logo-generator/
The info she needs to promote your club is:
Required:
- How much promotion you want me to do (i.e. tell me if you want lots of new members, just a few, or none at all).
- Date, time, & location of the registration/info meeting?
- Ages of members you will take this year.
- Who to contact in your club (name, phone, email) or if you prefer them to contact me first.
Suggested:
- Club membership fee for 2026/27 (reminder that the provincial fee increased this year, so you will pay $50/member to the western regional council).
- If there are any projects that you already know you will be offering, it is great for me to know for when parents contact me.

Active Living Project
Active Living Project is a go for this year again - each club is to host one activity. The budget for each activity is $200 (if more is needed you must ask the regional council). Based on past experience it is best to plan the activities between November to May, as we had to cancel activities this May due to low sign-up. If anyone needs ideas.
Western Regional AGM - 2026
AGM is on October 7th (location TBD - hosted by Misty Marsh 4-H Club).
Member Award Nominations are due by September 1st. Each club can nominate one member for each of the two awards. Links to nomination forms and info below.
